okay, so I have got really thick, wavey dark brown that I hate to mess with ; I always just end up putting it up but I have a grad night party thing coming up and I need some cute hair ideas ! Curl it? Straighten it? Idkkkkk ; my outfit is really classy so I really dont know what would look good! Haaaa (:

What you described is EXACTLY how my hair is! if your hair is thick, i reccomend straightening it(curling adds volume!) so what you do is divide your hair into sections. 3-4 sections from the bottom layer to the top. Take a striaghtening iro (dosnt really matter what kind as long as it has a decent heat setting) and clamp it around sections of your hair and pull down. once you finish one section, take another section down and repeat. its the most efficientway to straighten :)

if your hair looks dry, try putting in a shine serum(such as garnier fructis) after you get out of the shower. it will make your hair smooth, shiny, and frizz free!

lol i have the same kinda hair ecpet mine is blonde lol.





okay i think that you should straighten it, but.. get a 1 inch curling iron (or i use my ceramic flat iron and i think that it works better) and just loosley curly 4 curls on each side of your head. like on the top layer, not the bottom. make them flow and stuff. it looks really pretty. sorry i don't have any pics, though.
