Hun, the best hairstyle for you depends on your face shape and what event you are attending. I like your picture as I think the little fohawk in the front works for everyone.
Since its spring I would go for a very wavy kind of care free but still decently tamed style. Kind of like Carrie Bradshaw curls. Also people usually start to lighten their hair this time of year again.
