How can i do this hair style for halloween?

i want to do this jokers hairstyle from the animated series :The Batman.





I have hair which goes down to just above my chest, uncut with no style.





Any Suggestions?How can i do this hair style for halloween?
Clip your hair into three sections, the back, and the sides.





Take one side and section them into an upper and lower section. Backcomb the lower section first, experiment with a brush and teasing comb, one may work better.





Use freeze spray or a small amount of hair spray to keep the hair in place. You can bend the section to curve inwards like in the picture. Repeat with the upper section and do the same on the other side.





For the back, section off and backcomb the entire section, use your fingers to shape the hair, and spray a tiny bit of spray over your entire hair. Don't overdo the spray as it will weigh the hair down.How can i do this hair style for halloween?
