Formal hair styles?

I have my 9th grade formal soon and i don't know what to do with my hair!! It lays almost on my shoulders. It is layered...medium brown color and i have side bangs.

How should I do it?

It barely fits in a ponytail, so updos are out of the question...I haven't curled it yet so I don't know how that will look...i'll try tonight.
