it depends... how long is your hair? and what colour is your hair? eyes? skin tone? body shape? etc etc.
i personally like layered hair on guys though

well there is a difference between long and to long. but to me long is a little longer than short.

If you are a guy, your best bet is to cut into something short with some volume at the top. Long hair is hard to maintain and looks bad on guys who don't keep it up.
any style, i think just straight same length hair is always gorgeous,
