always go with curls, most ppl with actual thick hair tend to have wavy or curly hair anyway so just go over wat you have with an iron follow these rules


light curls with a curling iron. shampoo, condition gel your hair with heat resistent gel, mousse, defrizzing serum and heat protective serum, spray, etc on damp hair and blow dry and comb with ceramic brush to prevent frizz, once dry turn on the curling iron and curl your hair and top it off with hair spray (cover your nose and mouth, hairspray is sticky imagine what it could do to your respiratory system (breathing). there you go your ready XD have fun good luck

I have thick hair...I ask the stylist to cut my hair in lots of layers and thin out the back and sides. Works wonders, trust me.
I have thick hair and i like to keep it layered - long layers are good- or short hair works too if its layered.

Side bangs, and layers.
