You can get a seventeen magazine and in some it show what is the best cut for your face. i would say any hair cut is fine just as long as you kno how to work it.
if u want a short hairstyle - have your hair shaped like this and in the back underneath it is dark brown (this works with blonde hair) (not the color in the picture) theres like a little triangle type thing in the back so u can see the dark brown

if u want a long hairstyle - have your hair layered and high-lighted (blonde and brown) (or dirty blonde) wear it straight. i like this better for your age instead of the short style.
