Good Hair Styles Please Help?

i am looking for a hair style that is not too short or not too long and that has a fringe that goes to the side, i want a really nice hair style that i can it up with my fringe down and put my hair down with out it beign really thick coz my hair is thick. i will probly put layers in it.
