The second one looks a bit too big and 80's. The first is ok I guess but would not be my first choice for a guy's hairstyle. That guy in the first pic could be pretty hot, but his hair is taking away from him
They both look the same, and they remind me of the hairstyle from ';You Don't Mess With the Zohan';. (If anyone has seen that, you can't NOT agree)
