Well what my wife does to my daughter is she french braids it on each side one on the right side of the head and then one on the left side of the head

I have to say it looks cute

brush hair, put light mist on it.make a middle part all the way down to the back of the neck. Wet lightly. Divide each half into thirds. Take one peice and roll it up like that dance move with your hands, exept with your fingers. once up,bobbypin it to head. do with all strips and go in circle.
