a lot of girls our age (13-14) have side bangs with long or shoulder length hair that is strightened. personally i think thats great because you can always pin back the bangs or leave them to the side. and with everything else you can

1)curl it

2) straighten it

3) put it up

4) anything you can think of

try an slightly angled bob around the shoulders, you can play with it messy or pin it up or flatiron it
Cut it really short.
