Possible Hair Styles?

I'm gifted with an oval shaped face and have shoulder-length thick wavy hair (black) but unfortunately i don't know what kind of haircut i should get

i was going to have to straighten it allot thooo or look this girl up SIERRA KUSTERBECK or i was gunna get something like that.. show it to a hairstylist well the pixs and ask for short layers on top and to keep the botttom layer the same just ask for lots of layers!

That's kinda how my hair is. But its longer than shoulder-length. But it is thick and black. And not really wavy.. Well sorta.. And it kinda flips out. Anyway.. I have it layered. I also have sidebangs. I asked the lady who cut my hair to thin it out.. Not my best idea. Cuz I don't like my thick hair and long for thin hair. And by thinning it out.. It made the top upper half [Like from below my hair and up] really really poofy. And the bottom very thin. I hated it. I had to straighten it everyday and put water on it to try to tame it a bit. But eventually it grew out, slightly. And its better now. So.. If I were you.. I would NOT thin it out. But I learned from my mistake.. *Sighs..* Good thing it was in the Summer so I had time to grow it out before school started.
