Hair; Styles you recommend?

Uh.. I have short-ish hair and it's really plain. Straight. I wanna change my hair, mostly my bangs, those are most important. I'm trying to grow them out, but it's really hard.





Could you send pictures please :) Asian hair would be cool :P
